In August, two remixes of the song Welcome to the Party featuring American rapper Nicki Minaj as well as British rapper Skepta released. Pop Smoke debuted his first mixtape Meet the Woo in 2019. In April of 2019 the artist released his debut single Welcome to the Party, the track that became his signature. In August of 2019, the song was remixed two times, one with Nicki Minaj featuring and another with Skepta. The song was noted by its use in UK drill production that was later found throughout his discography. The collaborations between 808Melo and British drill producer 808Melo were the inspiration behind this. Mpr Flexin, Dior and others are well known. In the wake of the success of Welcome to the Party and other singles, such as War together with Lil Tjay & 100k On A Coupe featuring Calboy he began collaborating on songs. In December of 2019, he teamed up on Gatti together with JackBoys as well as Travis Scott which is the last track on The JackBoys (2019) album released by Scott along with Scott and his Cactus Jack members.
